• bike-  clean and in good working order.

• cycling shoes  note: for cleated shoes, please inspect the cleat screws & bolts and make sure they can be loosened and adjusted. Dirt and wear can interfere with proper adjustment during your fit.

• orthotics if you have them.

• shorts
